Along with being one of the owners of Tempe Yarn & Fiber, Terry Neal has another business, Elusive Designs. Elusive Designs specializes in creating one of a kind wearable art. Terry and Michelle Sbraga, her Elusive Designs business partner, were selected as semi-finalist in this years Fashion Group International Rising Star Awards.
