I've been making photos of items you've made for the past several years. I'd like to use these photos in an upcoming Tempe Yarn & Fiber 2011 calendar. To keep everything legal, I need to have you sign a photo release form allowing me to use your photo. If you are willing to be part of our first calendar, please stop by the shop and sign the release.
