Retreat Dates/Times:
The retreat will open on July 29th with a reception for everyone attending the retreat from 7 to 9 PM. On Saturday, July 30th, the retreat will run from 9 AM to 9 PM and on Sunday from 9 AM to 2 PM.
Cost of Retreat:
The 2011 Retreat (including the Reception) will be a flat $150 (last year the cost to attend the Retreat Reception and Retreat was $200). This will include the use of the conference rooms, lunch on Saturday and Sunday and snacks/coffee/tea service. For dinners, as in the past, you will be on your own (but there are some great restaurants around the hotel).
Where Will the Retreat be Held?
We'll be holding this year's retreat at the WindMill Suites in Chandler. This is located next to the Chandler Fashion Mall. For those spending the night, the suites will be $64 (+tax) per night for single/double occupancy. Click here for a map showing the location.
When Can I Register?
Registration will begin April 18th. As in the past you can choose to either pay the full amount at registration or pay half down (with the full balance due by June 20th). June 20th will be the last day to sign up for the retreat. There will be no refunds after June 20th.
What is a "Choose Your Own Adventure Retreat?"
This is a time for yarn lovers to gather together in a controlled but unstructured environment and be immersed in whatever yarn activity they want to pursue. It's uninterrupted time to "be with your projects and share in the energy of having that many fiber people in one space." We get the space, provide the food, plan some activities and block out the world.
