What Our Community Did In 2012

Tempe Yarn & Fiber is in many ways a reflection of our customers and the communities we serve.  "We" should all be proud in what was accomplished in 2012. 
Helping People
-National Multiple Sclerosis Society Fund Raising
-Sponsored Pink Knockers Team for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk
-Knitted Knockers Efforts: went live, held a Knitted Knockers Marathon weekend and made over 100 pairs, Knitted Knockers In the News (Channel 12, Arizona Republic, Cronkite News), Knitted Knocker Fridays started

-Celebration of Fiber & Community Event 
-National Spinning & Weaving Day
-Stash Buster Event
-Mystery KAL went international 
-I Love Yarn Day!
-Started Free Project Help
-Principles of Knitting Study Group

-Taught 1224 people how to knit and crochet
