It started out when Braeden and Alyssa said, "we want to start a business." Over the next month, Braeden (11) and Alyssa (9) came up with a name and formed a business (Between the Colors), purchased yarn and dyes, defined their color ways, and hired their employees (cousins/siblings).
Last week, "Between the Colors" dyed their first run of hand dyed 100% superwash Merino fingering weight yarns (400 years).
After some training and coaching, the co-CEOs took over and directed and supervised their employees while doing their own dyeing.
Their end product turned out amazing (no bias here) and is now available at Tempe Yarn.
